Solution

1. Move Anna to Say'ri's right and use Rally Atk/Spd+ on Say'ri.
2. Move Say'ri above Anna and take out the Bow Flier.
3. Move Mirabilis to Anna's left and refresh her.
4. Move Anna Above Mirabilis and use Rally Atk/Spd+ on her to trigger Atk/Spd Ruse 3.
5. In the enemy phase, Say'ri and Anna will take out a bow and a lance unit respectively.
6. Move Anna to Say'ri's right and use Rally Atk/Spd+ on her again.
7. Move Mirabilis below Anna and refresh her.
8. Move Say'ri Above Anna and take out the green manakete.
9. Move Anna to Say'ri's right and use Rally Atk/Spd+ to trigger her debuffs again.
10. Anna will be able to take out the armored unit in this next enemy phase.
11. Move Anna to Say'ri's left and use Rally Atk/Spd+ on her. This also applies debuffs to the remaining two enemies.
12. Move Mirabilis below Anna and refresh her.
13. Take out the last lance unit by moving Anna above Say'ri and attacking it.
14. Move Say'ri one space left ti finish off the Green Manakete.
