The best IVs for Performing Olivia are +Atk and -HP. Performing Olivia may find herself in situations that require her to attack enemies as this simultaneously damages enemies and heals allies through her weapon. Thus, a +Atk IV would be really useful for her. HP is of less importance to her so it is safe to take it as her bane. HP is easily made up for using various Sacred Seals so you do not really need to worry about it.

How to Use, Explanation
If for some reason you need more offenses, this build ditches the healer aspect of Olivia and turns her into a dagger-refresher support hybrid! Taking Windsweep 3 will protect her from most counterattacks especially if her Spd is boosted. This allows her to effectively land crippling attacks and survive.

How to Use, Explanation
In addition to her refreshing ability, taking double Breath of Life 3 on top of her weapon will allow her to function as a healer of some sorts. Wings of Mercy 3 helps her with the mobility to land great heals.

Performing Olivia Roles
Performing Olivia is a ranged physical attacker (range = 2). Therefore, when not accounting for the Weapon Triangle, the amount of damage she deals will be equivalent to her Atk minus the foe's Def stat.
Performing Olivia Strengths
Refreshes her allies' actions
Dance is an assist skill that allows the target ally to take another action. Because of this, your allies can move and attack twice to take down foes, or attack and move back to the safe zone so that they won't be taken out during the enemy phase. It has high strategic value and it allows Olivia to become a part of many team compositions.
Dancer's Fan provides debuffs and heals
Dancer's Fan heals allies adjacent to Olivia when she initiates attacks. They also apply a -5 Def/Res debuff on the enemy that is attacked. This makes Olivia very flexible and versatile as she can heal, debuff and attack on top of being a solid refresher-assist option. You can say that this weapon gives Olivia the edge over other refresher-assist units!
Grant an Atk buff upon refreshing
Blaze Dance 3 grants +4 Atk to an ally if Olivia refreshes them. This is a straightforward and easy-to-use skill that may mean the difference between taking out an enemy or not.
Strong Against Ranged Attacks
Distant Def 3 grants Performing Olivia +6 Def/Res in combat if she is attacked by ranged foes. This means that she is a good match-up against foes who use daggers, bows, tomes and staves.
Performing Olivia Weaknesses
Low Stats
To balance Olivia's versatility, she is cursed with very low stats. Offenses should not really concern you, but you should pay attention to her defenses. Because of her versatility, her presence is very important for your team and getting her taken out early is a huge blow to your team. Please be mindful of Olivia's positioning in relation to enemies that can easily take her out! Only put her in the frontlines if she needs to debuff an enemy or heal an ally with her weapon!
Cannot deal damage to high-Def units
Because of her low offensive stats, she will be unable to deal significant enough damage to high-Def units like Surtr and Idunn. Because she is under the colorless attribute, she cannot take advantage of Triangle Adept 3. This makes her very weak offensively. Please do not user her as the main offensive unit! She is best used as a debuffing, healing, refresher-assist unit!
