Qianhu will not reply when you talk to him, as he's only there as Yu Xia's protector. He can be found wherever Yu Xia is.

At a ruined Worship's Rise, Qianhu is still back at Reverent Temple, though this time he's actively aggressive at anything nearby him. He will be raving how the True Dragon has returned, and will drop a Radiant Red Feather. once slain.
