Talk To The Young Boy

Young Boy in the Reverent Temple

He will exclaim how the Old Taoist healed him and mention that the he healed you and hid you in the cave you start in. After that there is no further dialogue.

Check Back On The Young Boy At Reverent Temple

The Young Boy will still be at Reverent Temple, though notably is no longer playful and seems injured. He will have nothing to say and cannot be interacted with.

Starting Location: Reverent Temple

You'll first encounter the Young Boy outside the Reverent Temple by following the uphill path towards a structure. Talk to him to learn about the Old Taoist who rescued you.

Don't forget to pick up the Special Pill nearby!

After The Events of Cloudspire

The Young Boy will be in the same area and sitting against some boxes. Notably, he is no longer as active in the beginning and is seemingly injured. He has no further dialogue to offer.

In ver 1.0 in chapter 4 he is dead and you can see him stuffed in one of the jars with his head sticking out.
