Enemies in the first half are weak to Physical, Fire, Imaginary, and Wind. We recommend DPS units that can deal high Toughness damage or deal damage to up to three enemies against Kafka.
Enemies in the second half are weak to Ice, Quantum, Imaginary, and Wind. We recommend using units that deal AoE DMG or can take advantage of Netherwing's HP drain.
We also recommend Sustain units that provide a significant amount of party-wide healing.

For both Waves, defeat the other enemies aside from Kafka to transfer the Type Weaknesses. These Type Weaknesses will be returned to Kafka once all other enemies have been defeated.

Kafka can inflict Psychological Suggestion in Wave 2, which inflicts Entrance on your units. You can remove Psychological Suggestion with cleanse Skills from allies or inflict Weakness Break on Kafka to cancel Psychological Suggestion.

Your characters' HP will not drop below 1 HP and instead will gain HP Overload, which decreases damage dealt and Weakness Break Efficiency. Provide a bunch of healing to your allies to remove HP Overload.

Prioritize attacking the Long Arms of Sorrow and inflicting Weakness Break on them. Doing so will reduce Pollux's HP and Toughness.

Each Apocalyptic Shadow Phase will bring out a different Ruinous Embers effect and Finality's Axiom buffs. Progress made from clearing Apocalyptic Shadow stages will also reset, allowing players to recollect the rewards.

In Apocalyptic Shadow, you must face projections of the Finality and defeat bosses you have faced before. These bosses are different from regular bosses, meaning they will have different or additional attacks and abilities.
You can view each enemy's traits before the start of the battle. Each phase has four challenge difficulties, with each difficulty granting you rewards.

You will need two teams since there are two bosses and you can select buffs for your party, just like Pure Fiction. Each Apocalyptic Shadow phase will have several buffs to choose from.

Apocalyptic Shadow's stages have an Action Value Timer. The value gets reduced with each Action by both you and the enemy. Your score will be calculated by both remaining Action Value after defeating the boss and the boss HP.
Your goal is to defeat both bosses as quickly as possible to earn a lot of points.

Xueyi joins the roster of free 4-star characters as a reward for completing Difficulty 2 of Apocalyptic Shadow for the first time. You will also obtain 300 Stellar Jades and 1 Self-Modelling Resin.
