Idunn Apples can be found in Nornir Chests that can be opened by interacting with Rune Seals found near them in specific ways.

Nornir Chests have a chance to reward you with Horns of Blood Mead instead of Idunn Apples. Horns of Blood Mead are items that increase your rage bar.

Idunn Apple
Idunn Apples are items that increase your maximum HP, granting you better survivability during combat.

Upgrade Thresholds

Upgrade Number Idunn Apples Required

The first Idunn Apple you collect instantly increases your max HP. The second upgrade requires two Idunn Apples, and the third upgrade onwards require three.

Collect All Idunn Apples for a Trophy

Collecting all the Idunn Apples and Horns of Blood Mead will grant you the silver Full Belly trophy.
