This favor automatically unlocks during The Quest for Tyr, It starts by going to Lyngbakr Island in the Bay of Bounty. It's one of Mimir's regrettable mistakes while in the service of Asgard.
The Quest for Tyr Quest Walkthrough: How to Solve the Mine Puzzle

| 1 |  Destroy the fire vase to access a path to reach the elevator. |
| 2 |  After destroying the fire vase, continue moving forward along the path on the wall until there is an opening to the elevator control gear. |
| 3 |  Lower the elavator and freeze the gear to hold it in place. |
| 4 |  Head back to the wall and continue to move forward until you reach the top part of the elavator. |
| 5 |  Jump down to the cracked floor by pressing the Interact button. |
| 6 |  Defeat the Bersgra. |
| 7 |  After defeating Bersgra, head to the nearest chest and get the watchtower key. |

| 2 |  Open the door using the key from the chest in the island. |
| 3 |  Interact with the drum and have atreus fire a sonic arrow to summon the creature. |

| 2 |  Use the Blades of Chaos by pressing the Interact Button and L stick to cut and slash the binding. |

| 1 |  After freeing Lyngbakr left chain proceed to the new path. |
| 2 |  Climb up to the chain. |
| 3 |  Traverse using the Blades of Chaos to the other side. |
| 4 |  Climb down to get to the new location where the right right binding is located. |
| 5 |  Use the Blades of Chaos by pressing the Interact Button and L stick to cut and slash the binding. |
| 6 | > Use the Leviathan Axe to destroy the gear holding the chains. |

| 1 |  After destroying the left chain, grab a fire bomb. |
| 2 |  Throw the fire bomb to the thing blocking the path. |
| 3 |  When the path is clear go back and grab another firebomb and head down futher to throw it to the blocked boat dock. |
| 4 |  Return to the boat and sail to the other boat dock, climb up to where the binding is located. |
| 5 |  Use the Blades of Chaos by pressing the Interact Button and L stick to cut and slash the binding. |
| 6 |  Using the zipline, proceed to slide down across where you will destroy the chains. |
| 7 |  Use the Leviathan Axe to destroy the gear holding the chains. |

| 1 |  After freeing Lyngbakr's tail chain, head down to the chains and sail to its eyes. |
| 2 |  Let Mimir talk and taunt the Lyngbakr and get closure for his mistake. |
