GoW Ragnarok - How to Quick Turn
Quick Turn is a move often forgotten about by players in God of War Ragnarok. Read on to know how to Quick Turn and how to use it effectively in battle.

How to Use Quick Turn

Hold L1 and Press Down

To use Quick Turn, players have to hold down L1 (PS4 - L1 Button.png) and press Down (PNG - Dpad Down.png). It will instantly turn Kratos or Atreus back.

Players can remap the buttons

GoW Ragnarok - Quick Turn Remap

Players can change the controls for Quick Turn by going to the Controller Remapping tab in the Settings menu. They can switch from using L1 + Down (PS4 - L1 Button.png + PNG - Dpad Down.png) and holding back the Left Joystick (PS4 - Left Stick.png) and pressing L3 (PS4 - L3 Button.png).

When Should you Use Quick Turn?

Use When Surrounded

It's easy to get surrounded when you're outnumbered on most encounters. Use the Quick Turn when enemies are about to attack you from behind.

Keeping tabs on all enemies while surrounded keeps you in combat without staggering and taking attacks.
