While it doesn't look as damaging as the other contenders for the Leviathan Axe, this Runic Attack gives the highest buff to Frost and allows you to fully utilize Permafrost with the Leviathan Axe. It also has the highest chance of inflicting a Frozen status effect on enemies.

Despite being the first Runic Attack you unlock, this Light Runic attack serves it purpose really well, because it doesn't take a lot of XP to upgrade it to its Tier III stats. This lightweight runic attack packs a mean punch because of the added Frost Damage it gives off in higher levels.

Invoke the Storm is the best sword Runic Summon for one particular reason, its Tier III upgrade causes its firefly summons to explode in a chain reaction causing damage to anything within its area of effect making it difficult for enemies to be left unscathed.
