Wights will just deflect your Runic Arrows so use normal arrows if you prefer long range combat. Although its Stun gauge doesn't fill up, they still have a limit on how many hits they can take and will eventually drop down and be vulnerable.
Like other enemies, Wights also receive a bit of Stun damage each time you parry their attacks. Their ranged attacks are easier to parry since the projectiles are slow.
Once the Wight is down, it will split into three Wisps, which behave similar to the normal ones. Use either Sonic or Sigil Arrows on these orbs to stun them and make them vulnerable to your other attacks.
