If you encounter this problem in the game, a method you can use to fix the bug is by restarting the game. It might also be worth restarting your console a few times until you get yourself out of Yggdrasil.
If the previous method does not work, try reinstalling your game. This might take a while if you have a slow internet connection, so it's only recommended as a last resort.
Before you reinstall God of War Ragnarok to fix the bug, you should try to upload your save data to your cloud storage if you have a PS+ subscription or in a USB to avoid losing your save data progress.
Another way you can try to fix your issue is by directly contacting the developers about the bug. On their official website, you can send the details about your issue inside the "Submit a Bug" page.
