The quest starts in Asgard after drinking the potion in Valka's Hut and marks the beginning of The Fate of The High One story arc.

Quest Walkthrough

No.	Objectives	Guide
1	Reach the Great Hall	Descend from the throne room by using the teleporter at the other end of the room or by performing a Leap of Faith from the synchronization point in front of the throne. Choose between Tyr, Thor, and Freyja to accompany you towards the gate to Jotunheim during the cutscene. Click here to see the consequences of your choice!
2	Close the gate to Jotunheim	Cross the bridge and fight your way towards the gate to Jotunheim.
3	Speak to Loki	Loki will be somewhere near the closed gate. Speak to him to trigger a cutscene. The quest ends shortly after.

Choosing between Tyr, Thor, and Freyja

Choosing any of the three gods will only result in slight differences in dialogue for the rest of the cutscene and is inconsequential to the overall story.

Thor shows up in the ensuing fight at the bridge to the gate and eliminate a few Jotnar along the way regardless if you chose Tyr or Freyja .
