You get the quest in Melun immediately after completing the previous quest, which is Skal!.

Head to Epernay		 You'll find yourself in Melun after the previous quest. Go to Epernay, which is north-northeast of Melun, to talk to Odo and continue the quest.

Talk to Odo		 Odo will be seated near the tower. Talk to him, and he asks you to follow him around. Eventually, he'll lead you to a dialogue cutscene.
Your options here do not determine the quest's outcome.

Look for Richardis in Amiens		 Head to Amiens after the cutscene. Head to the tavern, which is southwest of the Fast Travel point. Once you're there, head to the second floor.

Investigate the tavern		 Go out through the balcony. Turn left and parkour until you get to the other balcony. Head inside and use Odin's Sight to check for clues.

Head to the church		 Head to the first floor and talk to the tavernkeeper again. Then head outside and turn right. Go straight until you find the church.

Find Bernard		 There will be a guard by the door. Take him out quietly and then shoot the metal link of the chandelier to quickly deal with the two soldiers inside.

Talk to Bernard		 Once you've cleared this wing of the church, head further back inside, where you'll see Bernard crouching. Approach him to trigger a cutscene.

Head to the villa		 Come back out the way you came in, turn left, and you'll see the villa, which is north of the church. Cross the river on the western side of the villa.
Once you set foot into the area of the Villa of Amiens, you will not be able to Manual Save anymore. Save when you can!

Climb up the western wall		 You'll see some platforms leading up to the only part of the wall that doesn't have spikes. Climb up, but beware the patrolling guards.

Parkour to the tower		 You need to get to the tower to the northeast, but go to the house nearby first, then parkour to the tower using the nearby pole with a rope leading to it.

Jump into the enclosure		 At the top of the tower, there will be a wooden beam that you can jump from into a bed of roses inside the enclosure. Do so, and a series of cutscenes will occur.

Defeat Gozlin, again		 Gozlin will appear here to stop you, but this time he has some soldiers as backup. Defeat him, and there will be a series of cutscenes. Then, the quest ends.
