The quest starts inside King's Hall in Dublin, Ireland immediately after the Snaring Thorstein quest.

Rathdown Build Up - Speak to Azar.png
Speak to Azar		 Head to Dublin's marketplace and speak to Azar to trigger a short cutscene.

Rathdown Build Up - Secure Rathdown trade post.png
Secure Rathdown Trade Post		 Take your longship and sail north towards Rathdown. Eliminate all of the smugglers that inhabit the place.

Rathdown Build Up - Restore Rathdown trade post.png
Restore Rathdown Trade Post		 Approach the signpost in front of the house at the center of Rathdown and interact with it. Restore the tradepost using the deed you received from Azar earlier.

Rathdown Build Up - Speak to the overseer.png
Speak to the overseer		 Converse with Rathdown's overseer once the place has been restored.

Rathdown Build Up - Raid and find resources to build trade posts.png
Raid and find resources to build trade posts		 Return to your longship and sail east towards Lambay Abbey. Raid the area for supplies.
TIP: The Book of Knowledge within Lambay Abbey unlocks the Smoke Bomb Arrow ability.

Return to Rathdown		 Sail back to Rathdown once Lambay Abbey has been completely raided.

Rathdown Build Up - Restore one of Rathdown
Restore one of Rathdown's buildings		 Rathdown has three additional buildings — Each granting a specific benefit to the trade post. Choose to restore any of these buildings to progress the quest.
TIP: You can come back with more supplies to restore the other two buildings at any time.

Return to Azar		 Return to Dublin and approach Azar's trading post.

Rathdown Build Up - Recover the furs delivered from Rathdown.png
Recover the furs delivered from Rathdown		 Recover the fur inside the chest beside Azar's stall.

Rathdown Build Up - Complete the trade with Azar.png
Complete the trade with Azar		 Speak to Azar and complete Acquired Taste Trade Contract to finish the quest.
