The quest begins right after you clear the previous quest, World's End. Havi sets out to find Eysa, capture her, and trade her for Baldr's freedom.

Eysa can be found in an opening with lava pools northwest of Stor Mylna, which can be found east of the shelter. Defeat her to move the story along. Check here for tips on how to defeat Eysa! |

The mural can be found in a cave just south of where you fought Eysa, and it's also on the same elevation. Head deep into the cave to find the mural and interact with it to end the quest. |

Eysa has moves that are fire-based, and it would be a wise option to socket in some Fire Damage Resistance Runes.
You will see a lot of fire in this fight, as there are also lava pools around you. Having Fire Resistance in your equipment will generally help in your survival.

Eysa uses a spear, and she will often use its range to her advantage. Keep close to her and dodge when necessary, and circle around her for a quick attack or two.
Eysa will dodge backwards and distance herself. This is the cue that she'll start using her Rune Attack, where she'll summon fire pillars from the ground.
However, this is also a good opportunity to land a lot of hits. Do keep in mind she can walk on lava, so she might end up stationary on it while doing this attack, and you'll need to use Power of Muspelheim to get to her.

Engaging lock-on versus Eysa will help you circle around her, where you are mostly safe from her stabbing attacks.
You can skip Phase 2 below by adding grapple abilities like Kick of Tyr at the end of your combos, which can knock her down at max level. Then, continue attacking her and then repeat the process until she's defeated.

After losing around a third of her health, she will start Phase 2 and retreat to a lava pool and she will turn to hardened magma while recovering her health. During this time, she will also summon allies who will fight with her.
There is a short period of time while she recovers and stays immobile, so it's in your best interests to start thinning the number of summoned enemies during this time, preferably all of them.
Disable your lock-on during the period while she's healing and summoning, as you are likely still locked onto Eysa rather than the summons. You can turn it back on when it's back to just the two of you fighting.

Eysa can repeatedly do her phase 2 move, so it's best to knock her down as part of your combos to keep her down before she can run away and initiate the move. Abilities like Kick of Tyr, which can knock her down at max level, can help you interrupt it.
There is also a brief moment where she can be interrupted from turning to hardened magma with the same grapple abilities.

During the part where she turns herself into solid magma, she can still receive damage from your attacks.
She now has melee Rune Attacks while her spear is glowing red. It is now also fire-enhanced, so you will start burning if you are hit.
