The quest starts in Aileach, Ulster immediately after the Courting the Kings quest.

The Mask of Diplomacy - Report to Flann.png
Report to Flann		 Return to Clogher and enter Flann's tent to initiate a cutscene.

The Mask of Diplomacy - Survive Eogan
Survive Eogan's attack		 Eogan's attack on Clogher begins immediately after the cutscene. Eliminate as many soldiers as possible.
Someone will report the presence of hostile archers as the battle ensues. Take them out to proceed with the quest.

The Mask of Diplomacy - Help Flann and Ciara.png
Help Flann and Ciara		 Regroup with Flann and Ciara located somewhere in the middle of Clogher. Eliminate the remaining soldiers with them.

The Mask of Diplomacy - Find and speak to Barid.png
Find and speak to Barid		 Look for Barid around Clogher and speak to him to initiate a series of cutscenes. The quest ends after the final cutscene.
TIP: Use Raven's-Eye View to determine Barid's approximate location.
