The quest starts in Dublin's marketplace immediately after the Dublin's Reach quest.

An Eye for an Eye - Speak to Azar.png
Speak to Azar		 Speak to Azar in front of her stall in Dublin to initiate a brief cutscene.

An Eye for an Eye - Find and capture Konstantinos.png
Find and capture Konstantinos		 Konstantinos' ship is docked at Dublin's Bay to the east. This area is lightly guarded so feel free to storm through Konstantinos' men on the way to his ship.

An Eye for an Eye - Carry Konstantinos back to Azar.png
Carry Konstantinos back to Azar		 Deal enough damage to disable Konstantinos and tie him up afterward.
Carry him inside Azar's shop to initiate another cutscene. The quest ends after the cutscene.
TIP: You can stow Konstantinos on your horse to make the trip back to Dublin faster.
