Settlement Buildings

Level 1 Buildings

Barracks

Barracks.png

The Barracks allows you to make your own Jomsviking, which other players can recruit for their crew if you're connected online. It's another way of earning silver.

Blacksmith

Blacksmith.png

Building the Blacksmith in your settlement allows you to enlist the help of Gunnar in improving your gear. In exchange for ingots that you can find throughout the world, you can increase the quality of your weapons and armor.

Hidden Ones Bureau

Hidden Ones Bureau.png

The Hidden Ones Bureau enables you to find and assassinate different Order members throughout the world.

Trading Post

Trading Post.png

Building Ayli's Trading Post gives you a place in your settlement to spend your hard earned silver. Things like Ingots, Arrows, and other weapons can be acquired here; you may also sell your trinkets here.

Stable and Aviary

Stable and Aviary.png

Rowan's Stable and Aviary offers you the ability to train your horse to be able to swim as well as have better health and stamina. You can also change the way your Raven and Horse look by talking to Rowan himself.

Shipyard

Like the Stable and Aviary, the Shipyard lets you change the appearance of your longship by making use of different designs you find throughout the world.

Fishing Hut

Fishing Hut.png

Building the Fishing Hut unlocks the Fishing Line, which you can acces through the Quick Actions Wheel. There are various Fishing Delivery tasks where you can exchange captured fish for various rewards such as runes or ingots.

Tattoo Shop

Tattoo Shop.png

Unlocking the Tattoo Shop enables you to customize Eivor's appearance by choosing hairstyles and tattoos.

Hunter's Hut

Hunter
Similar to the Fishing Hut, the Hunter's Hut allows you to deliver Hunted animals in exchange for various rewards.

Museum

Museum.png
Unlocks the Museum Collector, who you can talk to for rewards in exchange for Roman Artifacts you find throughout the world.

Bakery

Bakery.png

Provides a long lasting buff to Eivor when you hold feasts.

Brewery

Brewery.png

Provides a long lasting buff to Eivor when you hold feasts.

Level 3 Buildings

Cartographer

Provides you with maps that lead to Roman Artifacts or resources.

Seer's Hut

Seer

Unlocks the ability for you to access Asgard. Quest essential for Valka when she comes to your settlement.

Cattle Farm

Provides a buff to Eivor when you hold feasts.

Grain Farm

Alvis and Holger's House

Alvis and Holger

Provides a buff to Eivor when you hold feasts.

Fowl Farm

Provides a buff to Eivor when you hold feasts.

Level 4 Buildings

Kari

Cattle, Grain, and Fowl Farm Upgrades

These Farms can be upgraded once you hit Level 4, improving the buffs they provide when you hold feasts.

Hunwald and Swanburrow's House

Hunwald and Swanburrow

Hunwald and Swanburrow's house provides a buff when you hold a feast. To be able to build the house itself, you need to first meet Hunwald during the Lincolnshire Arc and complete it.
