All Ymir's Tear Stone Locations

What are Ymir's Tear Stones?

Ymir's Tear Stones are a form of wealth unique to the "dreamworld" of Asgard. Collecting them all merits you with the ability to turn them in to the Offering Altar that can be found in the region.

Where to Get Ymir's Tear Stones

The unique treasures can be found all over Asgard. Using Odin's Sight near unidentified wealth may reveal the icon that denotes that a blood stone is nearby. Getting these treasures is no easy feat however, as many of them are hidden behind illusions.

Ymir's Tear Stones Locations

There are a total of 30 Ymir's Stones Stones that can be found all across Asgard. Some of these can be found close to each other, or in the same area. The list below are locations where you can find each stone.

Heimdall's Tower

Enlarge Ymir's Tear Stone 3	It is inside of the mountain where Heimdall's Tower is built on; there is a small gap in the mountain you can enter. The chest is hidden beneath a breakable floor section. Destroy it and claim the treasure.

Ivaldi's Forge

Enlarge Ymir's Tear Stone 1	In Ivaldi's Forge, you can simply climb up and shoot down a ladder to get to the platform where the chest is.

Bifrost

Enlarge Ymir's Tear Stone 1	Head to where the Bifrost begins on the side of Asgard's main island; you need to dive into where the waterfalls below the bridge flows into, and find the space in the middle section to swim under to get to the chest.

Ymir's Altar

Enlarge Ymir's Tear Stone 1	Beneath where Ymir's Altar is; there is an entrance into the small cave on the south side of where the platform for the altar is.

Unscalable Walls

Enlarge Ymir's Tear Stone 1	The chest is surrounded by walls you can't climb; you must go to the opposite building from where the chest is, and slide down the rope and land on another rope that leads up all the way to where the chest is.

Indre Holm

Enlarge Ymir's Tear Stone 1	Dive into the river and break through the block; align the energy beams with their receptors to be able to break through another block in your way to the chest.

Enlarge Ymir's Tear Stone 2	You can put this off until the quest related to the area; other than than, the entrance to the cave is on the south side of the small island. It's a straightforward enough path to the chest from there.

Locked House

Platformed Tree

Enlarge Ymir's Tear Stone 1	On the most eastern island, you'll find the chest on a platform built on a tree. Climb the tree opposite of it to gain access to the tightrope leading to the chest.

Trolltonn

Enlarge Ymir's Tear Stone 3	There is a wall section you can break. Simply slide down, turn left, and reach the end where the chest is. You must break a barrier to progress to the chest.

Enlarge Ymir's Tear Stone 4	Break through the wall section and turn right at the gap in the wall; find the grate you can use to shoot an arrow at an oil jar to break the barrier, and head back to the hallway before the gap in the wall. Head deeper and turn right to slight into the room with the chest.

Well of Urdr

Enlarge Ymir's Tear Stone 1	Inside of the Well of Urdr. When you get to the area with a lot of branches, head to the right most and climb the rocks to the top.

Underwater Temple

Enlarge Ymir's Tear Stone 1	Immediately after leaving the Well of Urdru underwater, you'll encounter an underwater temple near where you exit. Go to the center of the temple and unlock the chest.

Underground Barrier

Cliff's Face

Synchronization Point Cave

Enlarge Ymir's Tear Stone 1	From the Synchronization point, you must leap down to a haystack, and then down again into a pond in front of a cave. Redirect the beams until the final receptor has a beam to it, and dive into the pool to get to the chest.
