This quest starts immediately after finishing Rathdown Build Up, in front of Azar's stall.

Flann Over Ireland - Report to Barid.jpg
Report to Barid		 Talk with Barid at King's Hall in Dublin to start this quest with a short cutscene.

Flann Over Ireland - Find Flann
Find Flann's Poetess		 Once you go down from the hall, take a left, and look around the buildings until you find her drinking on a terrace.
TIP: Use Raven's-Eye View to find her approximate area.

Flann Over Ireland - Fight Insulted Couple.jpg
Fistfight The Norse Warriors		 After the cutscene introducing Ciara, you have to fistfight two insulted Norse Warriors.

Flann Over Ireland - Drop Ciara in the Pond.jpg
Drop Ciara in the Pond		 Once you finish the fight, pick up Ciara's body and drop her in the pond.

Flann Over Ireland - Walk with Ciara to the Stables
Accompany Ciara and Barid		 Accompany Ciara to the stables and meet up with Barid, then ride with the two to the coronation site in Meath.

Flann Over Ireland - Investigate Priest
Investigate the Priest's Tent		 Once you arrive at the coronation area, a cutscene will play. Find the tent to your left with the cross on it and go inside to investigate the dropped cup.

Follow the Blood Trail		 Follow the blood trail past the stairs going towards the central pillar then take a right into another camp.

Flann over Ireland - Follow the Dirt Tracks
Follow the Dirt Tracks		 Follow the dirt tracks going down the hill, then at the swamp, interact with the body in the overturned cart.

Kill the Bandits in the Camp		 There are five bandits in the camp ahead of the cart, including one Man-At-Arms. Kill them all.

Flann over Ireland - Report to Ciara
Report Back to Ciara		 Head back up the hill and talk to Ciara to finish the mission, there will be multiple cutscenes after this.
