The second Summer banner of 2025 contains powerful heroes that have their own niches.
Summer Yuri excels in mobility with his 【Foul Play】 effect both as an assist and as a post-Canto effect, Summer Heiðrún excels as a frontline support unit, Summer Eikþyrnir is one of the best demote units we've ever received, and Summer Hapi provides unparalleled mobility for her dragon and beast allies.
We recommend summoning for the hero which most improves your barracks. Summer Heiðrún is who we'd recommend if you cannot choose, as she can provide the valuable 【Divine Nectar】 status for her allies on any season in Aether Raids, due to Mythic Heiðrún having her Anima Blessing locked.
Should You Pull From This Summon?
Don't spend your orbs here!
For the most part, this summon does not warrant spending many orbs on. While the heroes here are certainly not bad, none of them are good enough justify wasting tons of orbs for, so other than the free pull, we recommend skipping this one.
If you are in need of a new modern unit for Arena, Summer Eikþyrnir is a fantastic option as the 4★ demote unit on this banner. He comes with an exclusive weapon, exclusive B skill, and a tier 4 A skill, leaving only a few slots for improvement. He also competes well with modern units and can hold his own in combat, and even provides support for his allies too!
You can reasonably acquire a +10 Summer Eikþyrnir within 500 orbs or so if you summon on this banner. He is arguably the best demote unit we've ever received in the game's history, on par or even exceeding his Mythic and Winter alts.
