| What Kind of Character Are They? | ・Summer Chilling deals effective damage to dragons and beasts, allows allies within 2 spaces and dragon/beast allies within 6 spaces to warp to spaces near Hapi, allows dragon/beast allies to warp to spaces near Hapi after Canto, grants Special jumping to Hapi, Atk/Spd+6, 【Treachery】, and a Dull All effect to Hapi and nearby allies, and 【Canto (1)】 to dragon/beast allies at the start of turn, grants Hapi bonus Atk/Spd, bonus true damage on attacks and AoE Specials, and a Desperation effect. |
|
Might: 14 Range: 2 Accelerates Special trigger (cooldown count-1). Effective against dragon and beast foes. Allies within 2 spaces and dragon and beast allies within 6 spaces of unit can move to a space within 2 spaces of unit. For dragon and beast allies, when Canto triggers, if ally is within 6 spaces of unit, ally can move to a space within 2 spaces of unit, even if that movement exceeds the Canto distance limit. At start of turn, if unit is within 2 spaces of an ally, grants Special cooldown count-X to unit (X = number of allies within 2 spaces of unit; max 2), grants Atk/Spd+6, 【Treachery】, and "neutralizes foe's bonuses during combat" to unit and allies within 2 spaces of unit for 1 turn, and grants 【Canto (1)】 to dragon and beast allies within 2 spaces of unit for 1 turn. If unit initiates combat or is within 2 spaces of an ally, grants bonus to unit's Atk/Spd = 20% of unit's Spd at start of combat + 6 and deals damage = 20% of unit's Spd during combat (including area-of-effect Specials). If unit initiates combat, unit can make a follow-up attack before foe's next attack. |
|
Cooldown Count = 4 Before combat this unit initiates, foes in an area near target take damage equal to 1.5x (unit's Atk minus foe's Def or Res). |
|
Grants Atk/Spd+8. Inflicts Def/Res-8. At start of player phase or enemy phase, neutralizes 【Panic】 and any penalties to unit's Atk/Spd that take effect on unit at this time. |
|
Enables 【Canto (Rem.; Min 1)】. Deals damage to unit as combat begins = 20% of X (X = unit's max HP before entering battle - 20; "max HP before entering battle" means unit's max HP excluding HP increases from Legendary Effects, Mythic Effects, Bonus Heroes, etc.; activates only when unit can attack in combat; effects that reduce damage "during combat" do not apply; will not reduce unit's HP below 1). Inflicts Spd/Res-4 on foe, unit deals damage = unit's HP at start of combat - current HP, x 2 (max 12, min 6; excluding area-of-effect Specials) and reduces the percentage of foe's non-Special "reduce damage by X%" skills by percentage = unit's HP at start of combat - current HP, x 10 during combat (max 60%, min 30%; excluding area-of-effect Specials). |
|
Inflicts Spd/Res-4 on foes within 3 rows or 3 columns centered on unit, and those foes suffer guaranteed follow-up attacks during combat. |
| Duo Skill |
|---|
| Grants Special cooldown count-1 to unit. Grants "unit can move 1 extra space (that turn only; does not stack)" and 【Incited】 to unit for 1 turn. Once used, Duo Skill cannot be activated again right away. At start of every third turn, if Duo Skill has already been used, unit can use Duo Skill again. (Duo Skills can be used once per map by tapping the Duo button. Duo Skills cannot be used by units deployed using Pair Up.) |
| Duel |
|---|
| If unit is 5★ and level 40 and unit's stats total less than 215, treats unit's stats as 215 in modes like Arena. (Higher-scoring opponents will appear. Stat total calculation excludes any values added by merges and skills.) |

When using an Ascendant Floret, we recommend getting the next superboon if it fits the hero. If not, consider what stat your hero needs most.
The best IVs for Summer Hapi are +Spd and -Def. With only base 46 Spd, Hapi needs the additional Spd investment to keep up with all the fast metagame foes, as most of them will have base 52 after a superboon, which is barely enough to generate follow-up attacks against Hapi.
Hapi's Def is her least important stat and can be safely taken as a bane as it won't impact any of her matchups.
We recommend a +Spd IV when merging Summer Hapi up to +10 to ensure she can keep up with all the fast metagame foes.

Summer Hapi excels as a nuke unit with her true damage on area-of-effect Specials. Emblem Marth Ring allows Hapi to always have her Special ready before she attacks.

Note: Stats bonuses from skills are not taken into account.
Summer Hapi is a ranged magic attacker (range = 2). Therefore, when not accounting for the Weapon Triangle, the amount of damage she deals will be equivalent to her Atk minus the foe's Res stat.

Summer Hapi's exclusive weapon Summer Chilling deals effective damage against dragon and beast foes, granting bonus damage and allowing Hapi to heavily dent and/or outright defeat them quickly with each attack.
Summer Chilling also allows all allies within 2 spaces, and all dragon and beast allies within 6 spaces, to warp to a space within 2 spaces of Hapi. This modified warping effect is useful for all heroes while granting a significant bonus for dragon and beast allies.
Additionally, dragon and beast allies within 6 spaces of Hapi can warp to a space within 2 spaces of Hapi during Canto, even if that movement exceeds the Canto distance limit. This effect is similar to Legendary Sakura's Salvage Staff, which is a staple in competitive play.
At the start of each turn, Summer Chilling grants Hapi up to Special cooldown count -2 (based on number of allies within 2 spaces), Atk/Spd+6, 【Treachery】, and neutralizes foe's bonuses during combat
to Hapi and allies within 2 spaces, and 【Canto (1)】 to dragon and beast allies within 2 spaces of Hapi.
In combat, Summer Chilling grants Hapi bonus Atk/Spd equal to 6 + 20% of her Spd, bonus true damage equal to 20% of her Spd (including area-of-effect Specials), and a Desperation effect.
Summer Chilling is a fantastic weapon, granting multiple effects to Summer Hapi and her allies, the most important of which is the modified warping effect. Field dragon and beast units alongside Hapi to maximize these effects!
Summer Hapi's Duo Skill grants her Special cooldown count -1, +1 movement, and 【Incited】 upon use.
These effects are key when initiating the offense, as it pre-charges Hapi's area-of-effect Special and extends her threat range.
Summer Hapi's low 17 base Def leaves her vulnerable to physical damage.
Keep her away from physical attackers to ensure her survival!
As a flying unit, Summer Hapi takes 1.5x damage from bows and weapons effective on flying units. Be sure to keep them out of the range of archers and leave them to other units.

Summer Hapi has Verge of Death, S/R Far Resound, and Spd/Res Crux as inheritable options.
We recommend prioritizing S/R Far Resound as it is the rarest skill among these options.
