Using a player phase strategy is a good option on this map in order to clear the generic enemies to prevent them from becoming problems while you deal with Emblem Ike.
Emblem Ike is a very sturdy unit that will be difficult to bring down in one round of combat. We recommend bringing a Blue tank unit to withstand Ike's initial combat and wear Ike's HP down before you attempt to defeat him with your player phase units. If this tank unit has a Near Save skill, this will aid your team further by protecting them from melee attacks.
Units with additional actions through Duo Skills are at a premium on this map, allowing you to clear enemies quickly and keep the map free of enemy units.
To begin, use a ranged cavalry unit to defeat the Axe Fighter on turn one. Afterwards, either use movement assists and Canto effects to retreat to safety, or press on to defeat the Red Thief and/or the Lance Cavalier.
Leave the left side of the map alone for now as they are unlikely to reach your units on the first turn. The Sword Knight in particular only has one movement and is a melee unit; he can be easily avoided. Deal with him last.
On the second turn, continue clearing enemy units while staying out of range of Emblem Ike. If the top side is clear of generic enemies, you can then move your Blue tank unit forward to soak up Ike's first combat.
On subsequent turns, check if any of your units can defeat Emblem Ike. If you can, do so and then kite the remaining enemies until the map is cleared. If not, ensure that Ike can only reach your Blue tank unit and not any of your other units while you defeat all the other generic enemies.
It is also possible to form up into a ball and use Savior Tanks to enemy phase the entire map, especially since Emblem Ike's attacks will deal significant damage.
Bring a Blue tank unit with high Def and a Near Save skill and another tank unit with a Far Save skill. These two will soak up all the damage from the enemies.
For the other two units, bring a healer and a Blue offensive unit. The Blue offensive unit's main role is to defeat Emblem Ike once his HP has been worn down by the Near Save unit.
The Blue offensive unit can also defeat the Red Thief, as with both Lethality and Assassin's Strike, he can deal significant damage to your Far Save unit.
To start, approach the left side of the map and bait in the Sword Knight and the Green Mage. They will move forward and engage combat, and then the remaining generic enemies will approach your team.
On the next turn, use your Blue offensive unit to defeat the Red Thief, while keeping him/her in range of your Savior tanks. Ensure you remain out of range of Emblem Ike, as you want to save him for last while you use the healer unit to keep your tanks healthy.
Every turn after that, periodically check whether your Blue offensive unit can defeat Emblem Ike. If they can, do so while keeping them in range of your Savior tanks. If they can't defeat Ike, use the healer to keep your tanks healthy while your Savior Ball deals with the remaining enemies.
