Win Conditions	Clear Within 5 Phases
Reward for First Clear	Hero Feather × 300

Solution

Move Marth 1 space left and defeat the Axe Knight.
Use Sing on Marth with Azura.
Move Marth down and right to attack the Red Manakete.
Move Marth 1 space up defeat the Red Manakete.
Use Azura's Sing on Marth again.
Move Marth up and left and defeat the Red Manakete.
Move Marth right of Azura and attack the Blue Manakete.
Use Azura's Sing on Marth.
Keep Marth in place and Defeat the Blue Manakete.

1. Defeat the Axe Knight with L!Marth. 2. Use Sing on Marth with Azura. 3. Move Marth down and right to defeat the Red Manakete. Marth will defeat sword flier by counter attack. 4. Move Marth up 1 space to attack Red Manakete 5. Use Azura's Sing on Marth again. 6. Move Marth up and left and defeat the Red Manakete. 7. Attack the Blue Manakete with Marth. 8. Use Azura's Sing on Marth. 9. Defeat the Blue Manakete with Marth.

This guide is wrong. Don’t know if something changed in an update since this guide was made, but now Marth kills the red manakete in his first attack in the opening turn.
