Dawn of the Ninja Fire Emblem Heroes FEH

Win Conditions	Clear within 5 Phases.
Reward for First Clear	Hero Feather × 300

Party Members

Ninja Sanaki

Ninja Zelgius

Solution

Turn 1

Move Sanaki one space right and defeat the Bow Cavalier.
Move Zelgius one space right and defeat the Axe Knight.
Use Sanaki's Duo Skill
Move Sanaki one space right and defeat the Lance Flier.
Use Canto to move Sanaki one space right.

Turn 2

Move Sanaki two spaces down and defeat the Bow Flier.
Use Canto to move Sanaki one space down.
Warp Zelgius three spaces up and defeat the Axe Fighter.

Turn 3

Move Zelgius one space up and defeat the Lance Flier.
Move Sanaki one space up and two spaces left, then defeat the Axe Knight.

adding to the other comment: not only switch steps 2 and 3 on turn 1 so your turn isn't ended immediately, but also make sure you specifically do that part in this order: duo skill -> zelgius attacks -> sanaki attacks. if you have sanaki attack the flier before zelgius kills the axe knight, the lance flier will be left with 1 hp, and sanaki will have nowhere to move that's safe from it on the enemy phase.
