Solution

Turn 1
1. Move Nina one space right and use Draw Back on Ophelia.
2. Move Ophelia two spaces down and defeat the Blue Cavalier.
3. Move Soleil one space up and defeat the Lance Flier.
4. Move Forrest two spaces left and one space up, then attack the Sword Knight.
Turn 2
5. Move Soleil two spaces left and defeat the Axe Knight.
6. Move Forrest two spaces left and use Physic+ on Nina.
7. Move Nina one space left and defeat the Blue Mage.
8. Move Ophelia one space up and defeat the Lance Cavalier.
Turn 3
9. Move Forrest one space down and one space right, then attack the Axe Fighter.
10. Move Ophelia two spaces down and defeat the Axe Fighter.
11. Move Nina one space down and one space right, then defeat the Green Flier.
12. Move Soleil one space right and defeat the Axe Knight.
Turn 4
13. Move Nina one space up and defeat the Lance Fighter.
14. Move Ophelia one space up and defeat the Sword Knight.
15. Move Forrest two spaces right and one space up, then attack the Lance Fighter.
16. Move Soleil two spaces right and defeat the Lance Fighter.
