Anniversary Details

Fire Emblem Heroes released on February 2, 2017, and an anniversary event has occured every February. During this month, various banners, bonuses, and quests are released which provide the playerbase with a lot of content to acquire.

Choose Your Legends 7 Results

The winners of Choose Your Legends 7 have been released. Gullveig, Corrin (F), Robin (M), and Soren are the four characters that took the 1st and 2nd places of their respective divisions and will receive special Brave versions of themselves!

Special Hero Summon (Year 6)

Every year, we receive a free summon from a large pool of Special Heroes released during the previous year. These banners are a one-and-done type of summon where after you acquire a hero, the banner disappears.

Our Special Hero Summon (Year 6) article includes all the summonable Special Heroes and our recommendation on what color to summon for.

Who Should You Pull From Special Hero Summon (Year 6)?

This specific event has been released consistently in the past. Here are the past banners that we have received:

6th Anniversary Hero Fest Banner

We also receive a Hero Fest banner to celebrate the anniversary. Hero Fest banners have an increased focus hero summoning rate, at 5% compared to the regular 3%.

Hero Fest banners are the best banners to acquire multiple copies of popular and/or powerful heroes.

Various Quests and Rewards have been given away to all players to celebrate the 6th Anniversary.

6th Anniversary Special Maps

Special Maps have been released in this year's Anniversary similar to past years. Clear these maps on both Normal and Hard difficulty in order to obtain 26 Orbs!

6th Anniversary Grand Hero Party

14 Grand Hero Battle units make their return to celebrate this year's Anniversary.

Clear the quests related to each hero's map daily in order to acquire an additional copy of these heroes for free!

A Hero Rises 2023

The much-awaited A Hero Rises event returns this year. This event allows players to vote for a specific version of their favorite hero, and the top 8 winners will battle it out in a future Voting Gauntlet.

The top 4 heroes on that Voting Gauntlet will be featured in a banner, and the winner will be given out for free!

The voting portion of the event is live on the Official Website, while the Voting Gauntlet will begin on February 28, 2023.

The winner of the Voting Gauntlet will be given away to all players for free on March 22, 2023!

Valentine's Banner - A Special Gift

The 2023 edition of the annual Valentine's Special Heroes banner has also been teased.

A Special Gift will release on February 6, 11:00 PM PT and last for an entire month. Roll for the four focus heroes: Valentine's Takumi, Valentine's Leo, Valentine's Hana, and Duo Hero Valentine's Elise!

One notable skill for this batch of heroes is Valentine's Elise's Holy Pressure, the first offensive Special for Staff units!

Tempest Trials+: A Prince's Secret

Valentine's Effie is the reward unit for this month's Tempest Trials+. She is an offensive Axe Infantry unit with an amazing stat spread - base 46 Atk and base 43 Spd!

Monthly Version Update

Information about the next version update was also revealed. The version update will launch on February 5, 2023.

Listed below are all the new additions to the game.

Hero Merit Increase

The cap for each unit's Hero Merit is being increased to 9000, from 8000.

New Accessories

New 8-bit accessories have been added to the Aether Resort shop!

Arena Changes

Arena has two major changes that impact how teams score:

• Fielding the Bonus Legendary Hero will now always yield the maximum Arena score for your team.
• When fielding the Bonus Legendary Hero, your score will not be decreased when you lose one unit in combat. Losing two units still reduces your score gain.

There are also five new Arena maps, shown below:

Upon first glance, these new maps are not incredibly oppressive. Enemies will require 1-2 turns to reach your units, allowing some time to set up.

Summoning Pool Change - Weekly Revivals

The following heroes will be removed from the permanent summoning pool and allocated into Weekly Revival Banners:

The most notable heroes from this batch include the Choose Your Legends 4 heroes. All four of these heroes received powerful weapon refines and are definitely worth merging up to +10!

A handful of older Special Heroes are also joining the 4★ Special Hero Summon Rate when pulling from new Special Heroes banners.

Legendary and Mythic Hero Remix - Thrasir & Peony

Thrasir and Peony are also scheduled to receive their Mythic Remixes!

Thrasir [9.0/10]	Peony [9.5/10]

Thrasir will receive Killing Intent+ and Atk/Spd Ideal 4, while Peony will receive Gentle Dream+ and Cross Spur Res.

Both of these Mythic heroes should also receive weapon refines!

Starting from this month's event, two Remixes will be held at the same time.

Summoning Change - Focus Charges

Starting from the A Special Gift banner, each banner will have three Focus Charges available. Upon summoning a non-Focus 5★ hero, players will accumulate one charge.

Summonining three non-Focus 5★ heroes fills up the Focus Charges. Once filled up, the rate of non-Focus 5★ heroes is reduced to 0% and reallocated to the focus 5★ hero rate.

Upon summoning a focus 5★ hero, the Focus Charges reset to zero.
