Solution

    Turn 1
  1. Move Lysithea two spaces left and defeat the Bow Cavalier.
  2. Move Lute one space down and one space left, then defeat the Sword Flier.
  3. Move Merric two spaces right and attack the Bow Flier.
  4. Move Canas two spaces up and defeat the Bow Flier.
  5. Turn 2
  6. Move Merric one space left and defeat the Lance Fighter.
  7. Move Lute one space down and one space right, then defeat the Sword Knight.
  8. Move Lysithea one space down and defeat the Red Manakete.
  9. Move Canas two spaces up and end his turn without attacking.
  10. Turn 3
  11. Move Canas two spaces down and use Reciprocal Aid on Merric.
  12. Move Merric one space right and defeat the Lance Knight.
  13. Move Lute two spaces down and defeat the Red Flier.
  14. Move Lysithea one space down and one space left, to the defense tile, and end her turn.
  15. Turn 4
  16. Move Lute one space left and use Rally Atk/Res on Merric.
  17. Move Merric two spaces right and defeat the Lance Cavalier.
  18. Move Lysithea two spaces right and defeat the Bow Flier.
  19. Move Canas one space up and one space right, to the defense tile, and defeat the Red Mage.
