What Kind of Character Are They? | ・Weapon Skill inflicts Atk/Res and Guard penalties on foes and applies Spd/Res bonuses to unit. ・Exclusive refresher assist grants Atk+6 and Special cooldown acceleration to target, and +1 movement if target is a dragon. |
Might: 16 Range: 1 Grants Res+3. If Sing or Dance is used, inflicts Atk/Res-7 and 【Guard】 on foes in cardinal directions of unit and target through their next actions. At start of combat, if unit's HP ≥ 25%, grants Spd/Res+6 during combat. If foe's Range = 2, calculates damage using the lower of foe's Def or Res. |
Range: 1 Grants another action to target ally and grants Atk+6 and Special cooldown charge +1 per attack during combat to that ally for 1 turn. (Only highest value applied. Does not stack.) Also, if the target ally is a dragon, target can move 1 extra space. (That turn only. Does not stack. Cannot target an ally with Sing or Dance. This skill treated as Sing or Dance.) |
Grants HP+5, Atk/Spd/Def/Res+2. If unit is 5★, level 40, a Legendary or a Mythic Hero, and unit's stats total less than 175, treats unit's stats as 175 in modes like Arena. If unit is 5★, level 40, not a Legendary or a Mythic Hero, and unit's stats total less than 180, treats unit's stats as 180 in modes like Arena. (Higher-scoring opponents will appear. Stat total calculation excludes any values added by merges and skills.) |
At start of odd-numbered turns, if any foe's HP +1 ≤ unit's HP and that foe's Special is ready, inflicts Special cooldown count +2 on foe with the lowest HP among those foes. (Cannot exceed the foe's maximum Special cooldown). |
Grants Atk+5 to allies in cardinal directions of unit during combat. |
Stat | Superboon/Superbane | IV Recommendation |

Spd (10) | ★★★★★ | |
Def (6) | ★★☆☆☆ | |
Res (8) | ★★★★☆ |
◯ = Stat gains +4 with a superboon, ✕= Stat goes down by -4 with a superbane, - = No assets or flaws
See the IV Checker for All Units | Trait Fruits—How to Change IVs |
When using an Ascendant Floret, we recommend getting the next superboon if it fits the hero. If not, consider what stat your hero needs most.
Fallen Ninian's recommended IVs are +Spd and -Atk. Her Spd is her best stat and is how she can avoid follow-up attacks from heroes who do not have them guaranteed.
+HP is also an option to boost her team support capabilities instead, through Odd Pulse Tie 3 or even Infantry Pulse 3 via Skill Inheritance.
While -Atk is almost always never recommended, it's actually Fallen Ninian's best bane. Her Atk stat is abysmal and boosting it or keeping it neutral will not change the fact that she cannot kill most opponents in a round of combat.
We recommend +Spd or +HP when merging Fallen Ninian to +10 for similar reasons above.

Fallen Ninian's base kit allows her to effectively support her allies with both Call to Flame and Enveloping Breath. In addition, she allows dragon allies to move an extra space.

Fallen Ninian also has decent Spd and Res which lets her act as a magic tank. Her unique supportive abilities are kept for their useful effects.

Note: Stats bonuses from skills are not taken into account.
Fallen Ninian is a close magic attacker (range = 1). Therefore, when not accounting for the Weapon Triangle, the amount of damage she deals will be equivalent to her Atk minus the foe's Res stat.
Fallen Ninian's Enveloping Breath inflicts 【Guard】 and an Atk/Res-7 penalty on foes in cardinal directions of herself and her target ally whenever she uses Dance or Call to Flame. This effect is similar to Triandra's Frightful Dream.
Additionally, Fallen Ninian grants herself Spd/Res+6 during combat if her HP ≥ 25%, further increasing her survivability.
Fallen Ninian also comes with her exclusive refresh assist skill in Call to Flame.
In addition to refreshing her ally's action, she also grants them Atk+6 and Special cooldown charge +1 per attack during combat.
If the target ally is a dragon, this skill also grants them +1 movement similar to Gray Waves of Legendary and Hatari Azura.
While there aren't many player phase oriented dragons that can take advantage of this extra movement, this skill future-proofs Ninian in case they are introduced in the future.
The extra movement also helps clunky armored dragon units like Ascended Idunn and Fallen Rhea with their lack of mobility!
Like all variants of Ninian, Fallen Ninian suffers from an abysmal Atk stat.
This shouldn't be a big weakness since refresher units are fielded mostly for support, but if Fallen Ninian has to enter combat, do not expect her to damage her foes at all.
Fallen Ninian takes 1.5x damage from dragon-effective weapons like Sealed Falchion or Divine Mist, and one blow from this type of weapon is sure to take her down. Make sure you know what weapons you are up against before hopping too far into the line of battle!

Fallen Ninian comes with B Duel Infantry 4, Odd Pulse Tie 3, and Cross Spur Atk as great inheritance options.
All of these skills are quite rare and are worth foddering off to your favorite or most-used units.
It is possible to inherit two of these skills at the same time with pre-inheritance. B Duel Infantry 3 is available through Divine Codes, while Spur Atk 3 is commonly found.
