Solution

Turn 1
1. Use Chrom's Duo Skill.
2. Move Chrom 1 space up and use To Change Fate! on Lissa.
3. Move Chrom to Lissa's right and take out the Lance Fighter.
4. Heal Chrom using Lissa.
Turn 2
5. Move Lissa 1 space up and take out the Bow Fighter.
6. Move Chrom 1 space up and use To Change Fate! on Lissa.
7. Move Chrom above Lissa and take out the Blue Flier.
Turn 3
8. Heal Chrom using Lissa.
9. Using Chrom, use To Change Fate! on Lissa.
10. Move Chrom 1 sapce down and take out the Sword Cavalier.
