Solution

1. Move Mia 1 space north and 2 spaces west to take out the red flier in the center of the map.
2. Move Selena to Mia's right and use Draw Back on her.
3. Move Rhys 2 spaces to the right and use Physic+ on Mia.
4. In this enemy phase, Rhys will get attacked by a green tome cavalry. Mia will get atacked by a green tome flier, but she will be able to take that unit down with a counterattack. Lastly, Selena will get attacked by a bow flyer, but she will also be able to take that unit out.
5. Move Mia north of Selena and use Reposition on her.
6. Move Rhys 2 spaces to the right and use Physic+ on Mia to heal both her and Selena as his special triggers.
7. Move Selena 1 space north and 2 spaces west to take out the green cavalier in her reach.
8. End the turn. The next enemy phase will be pretty uneventful.
9. Move Selena north of Mia and use Draw Back on her
10. Use Mia's Harmonized Skill and move her 1 space north and 2 spaces west to take out the sword fighter.
11. Finally, move Rhys 2 spaces west and take out the sword flier.
