Solution

1. Move Gunter three spaces to the right, then defeat the Green Flier.
2. Move Jagen above Gunter, then defeat the Sword Cavalier.
3. Move Frederick a space down and to the right, then defeat the Blue Mage.
4. Move Seth a space to the right and down, then use Swap on Frederick.
5. Move Gunter a space to the right, defeat the Blue Manakete.
6. Move Frederick below Jagen, then defeat the Axe Dragon.
7. Move Seth a space down, then use Swap on Jagen.
8. Move Jagen a space down and to the left, then defeat the Lance Flier.
9. Move Gunter two spaces to the left, use Harsh Command on Jagen.
10. Keep Seth in place and use Swap on Jagen.
11. Move Jagen a space up, defeat the Red Bow.
12. Move Frederick above Jagen, defeat the Blue Mage.
13. Move Frederick a space up, then attack the Lance Knight.
14. Move Gunter below Jagen and use Harsh Command on him.
15. Move Jagen a space up and to the left, then defeat the Lance Knight.
16. Move Seth a space down, then defeat the Green Manakete.
