Solution

  1. Defeat the Thief with Eliwood.
  2. Heal Eliwood with Camilla.
  3. Use Eliwood's Rally Atk/Def+ on Camilla.
  4. Defeat the Bow Fighter with Camilla.
  5. Move Camilla up two spaces and attack the Axe Cavalier.
  6. Defeat the Axe Cavalier with Eliwood.

nvm, i see now it wasn't the water, it was because she is in distance of the enemy's atk smoke 3 in any other position. 🤦🏼‍♂️

I try these & usually get them without help, but some i just get to the last move & can't figure it out, so i have to look. On this, i did everything exactly the same as it listed, but couldn't kill the last guy. So, i look it up & i just had Camilla in the wrong spot. Why does he only kill the last guy if Camilla is over the water? Why does that enable him to hit harder? I had them next to each other in a different place, but it still didn't work.
