Norne is a ranged physical attacker (range = 2). Therefore, when not accounting for the Weapon Triangle, the amount of damage she deals will be equivalent to her Atk minus the foe's Def stat.

Norne Strengths

Volunteer Bow is a great defensive weapon

Norne received an exclusive weapon in Volunteer Bow and it makes her a generally bulky unit capable of tanking multiple attacks in succession.

This exclusive bow, when refined, grants Atk/Spd/Def/Res+8 to Norne during combat, inflicts Atk/Spd-5 and a Guard effect to her foe, and heals her for 7 HP post-combat.

Large bonus to Spd/Def when HP is below 80％

Norne's default A skill Brazen Spd/Def 3 will give her +7 Spd/Def when her HP gets below 80%. This not only gives her more power to score follow-up attacks, but it also provides her with excellent physical defenses even against fast units when she hits the HP threshold.

When combined with Spd/Def Link 3, she can get a bonus of +13 Spd/Def! Make sure to team her up with an ally that can trigger Spd/Def Link 3.

Guard Bow+'s defensive bonuses works well with the Spd/Def bonuses of Norne's other skills. As said, this makes her a perfect check to bow and dagger units.
