4pcs Passerby is SS Tier build for Bailu because of extra skill point she needs and extra heals. She saves higher difficulty SU the most and very useful breaking pesky lightning type enemies.

my mom loves bailu (not in a creep way but she likes her) and says shed pull for her if she played hsr!! i like her too but im not trying to get a lot of healers

bailu's kinda mid, its nice she can revive people once, (unless you have E6 i believe) but i feel like she needs more HP to be a good healer (like around 8,000 HP) and you'd need someone like bronya for cleansing.

Sure, she can't cleanse which lots of players b*tch about, but it don't matter to me since all I care about is getting those stars. If you feel that you need a healer with cleanse, don't pick her. We may get some support characters in the future like Bronya who can cleanse but it'll probably be a long wait. Just know that if you pick Bailu, you'll need to play more smartly. Some players like this, some don't/can't.

Really quick build for her is just all HP%. Don't worry about ATK at all. If you want her for hitting and healing, she'll be better for aiding weakness breaks than doing the heavy hits. The RNG for her skill is annoying, but her resurrection will be the difference between winning and losing, especially paired with DEF-built Fire Trailblazer. I think she's most effective for early-game, but not many healers yet and Natasha, while a freebie, can't be in two Memory world routes at once.

Why is it so difficult for you guys to discuss the characters? I'm almost at 300 pulls to get the free 5 star and came here hoping for insightful discussions on Bailu. So disappointing. I hope the mods on this site do their job and delete all irrelevant chats including mine.
