The Pollip Pouch can only be obtained by completing the Rite of Pollip side quest, which requires collecting all six Pollips. Speak to Greyroot in Shellwood to begin the quest.

Once you’ve collected all of them, return to Greyroot to receive the Pollip Pouch.

How to Use Pollip Pouch

Use to Infuse Poison to Needle Attacks

Pollip Pouch Effect
Pollip Pouch, when equipped to one of your crest slots, applies venom to your needle attacks. This gives all attacks a chance to poison targets, making it especially useful for dealing additional damage against bosses and tougher enemies.

Can Be Applied to Cogflies

You can also coat Cogflies with poison using the Pollip Pouch. If you need an extra slot, spawn them first with the Pollip Pouch, then switch the pouch with another tool. The Cogflies will continue to carry poison until they despawn.
