Finish My Missing Courier
This quest will not appear until you finish My Missing Courier, accessible upon your first approach in Bellhart after liberating it from Widow and having the city's Wishwell up.
My Missing Courier Walkthrough
Finish My Missing Brother
After awhile, return to Tipp and finish the My Missing Brother Wish to rescue Pill and complete the duo. They won't immediately give the quest and you have to progress through the other parts of Pharloom first before their missions unlock.
My Missing Brother Walkthrough
Wait For the Brothers to Appear in Upper Bellhart
Later down the line in the game, the Brothers will be together and provide you a set of new Wishes known as Delivery Wishes, making you deliver several packages that have a limited time before breaking.
They can be found together in Upper Bellhart, talk to them and a quest log appears where you can start this or any of the other Delivery quests!

Go Through Shellwood Leftwards to the Exit
Take left from Bellhart and continue to take the Shellwood route left, passing through the Bellway Station and pogo-jumping some white flowers in the process.
Jump Down All the Way to Bone Bottom
Get past the Shellwood Bellway Station to the left until you reach a cliff edge that can be jumped on. Jump down and watch out for any obstacles or enemies in the way and continue until you can descend into Bone Bottom.
Make sure to use your Drifter's Cloak to parachute when near the ground, as you may either destroy the Moss Grotto Bridge or drop hard when descending.
Head to Flick the Fixer in Bone Bottom
Reach Flick the Fixer in Bone Bottom to finish the delivery and complete the quest.
Delivery is Fragile and Time-Limited
Do note that your delivery is time-limited and will be affected by how many times you run into obstacles and get damaged by enemies. Make sure to be careful when platforming to have as much as time as possible!
Consider Clearing Mobs Before Starting the Wish
You can do the route first before starting the wish and thin out the enemies you encounter along the way. This will reduce the enemies you encounter and the majority of them will not respawn as long as you don't rest on a bench.

The following tools are best used for doing Delivery tasks, as they require the player to be fast yet careful with their platforming and running. Some of these challenges will require a long trek around Pharloom so be ready with the following tools to make the run easier!
Bone Bottom Supplies Rewards
Provides 80 Rosaries per Completion
Completing the Supply Run gives you 80 Rosaries. Delivery quests provide Rosaries but note that the reward amount is small and we do not recommend farming them this way.
