Accept the Wish at the Moss Grotto Wishwell

Wishwell in Bone Bottom

Players can accept The Terrible Tyrant wish at the Wishwell at Bone Bottom. This quest becomes available after defeating Sister Splinter.

How to Complete The Terrible Tyrant

Defeat a Skull Tyrant in the Marrow Region

Skull Tyrant location

You'll have to defeat a Skull Tyrant to complete the quest. It can be found in The Marrow region but to get there, you'll need to use the Cling Grip to access its area.

Enter its Pit From the Bottom Entrance

Terrible Tyrant Claw Grip Way

Once you have the claw grip, you'll need to enter its pit from the bottom entrance. The pathway to its left can only be opened from inside the pit so you can open that to make a runback much faster if needed.

Pick Up the Crown Fragment and Return it to the Wishwell

After defeating the Skull Tyrant, return to the wishwell and put the Crown Fragment and put it on the Wishwell to complete it.

The Terrible Tyrant Rewards

Heavy Rosary Necklace

The Heavy Rosary Necklace is your reward for defeating the Skull Tyrant and giving putting its Horn in the Wishboard. The necklace is a consumable item that you can activate to immediately obtain 220 Rosaries.
