You can find the first Cogheart Piece in Choral Chambers, in the room just below where you will have another encounter with Grindle. Solve the Bell Puzzle to get the Cogheart Piece.

Follow the pattern of the bells after they play out. Once you finish all three rounds, the Cogheart Piece will appear in the center.

Whispering Vaults Cogheart Piece

Whispering Vaults Cogheart

The second Cogheart Piece can be found in Whispering Vaults, in the bottom left room of the center portion of the major area. Hit the boxes to change the landscape in the area and get to the puzzle.

Repeat the pattern made by the bells to receive the Cogheart Piece. Do note that some bells will repeat in the same round. Once you accomplish all three rounds, you can retrieve the item.

Memorium Cogheart

The Cogheart Puzzle in Memorium can be found in the room to the right of the hall when you first explore the area. Upon exiting the long hallway and seeing a vertical area, immediately head to the right room to find the puzzle.

Complete all three rounds to get the Cogheart Piece. Use Cling Grip on the walls to get to the bells near the ceiling. Do note that some bells will repeat.

Activate Second Sentinel in Cogwork Core

Cogwork Core Second Sentinel

Once you collect all 3 Cogheart Pieces, you can insert the item into the Second Sentinel in Cogwork Core. Doing so, it will be reactivated and you can interact with it to get the Final Audience Wish.
