How to Get Shell Satchel
Obtained at Wormways in Steel Soul Mode
The Shell Satchel is located right next to a corpse in the Wormways. The corpse is found along the topmost area connecting Wormways and Moss Grotto.
This tool will only show up when you are playing on Steel Soul Mode, which is Silksong's permadeath mode.
How to Use Shell Satchel
Increases Tool Uses
The Shell Satchel increases tool uses by 50% of your current reserve. This tool only increases the amount of tools Hornet can hold, but does not decrease the Shell Shards needed to craft. Additionally, unequipping the tool will revert your available uses back to its original value.
This allows players to explore more without needing to circle back to benches frequently to replenish supplies. This can also be useful in gauntlets and boss fights, as Hornet will have more resources to work with.
