Kratt is a member of the Caravan in charge of the Spa. He is one of the fleas that you can rescue.

Use the Spa for Free if You Catch Him Peeping

Kratt is in charge of the Spa in the Flea Caravan. Usually, using this service will cost you 10 Rosaries. When using the spa you'll eventually see eyes peeping at you from the window on the top right. Hit Kratt and confront him to use the Spa for free afterwards.
