You can start The Lost Fleas wish when you speak with Fleamaster Mooshka at The Marrow.
Travel all the way to the right in The Marrow and climb to the top right side in the lava room. Find the signage with the Flea symbol to find Fleamaster Mooshka and the Flea Caravan on the left side.

One of the lost Fleas are located in The Marrows, on the very top of the area which is initially unscouted by the map until you save your progress. This section is a platforming area with multiple obstacles and opposing bugs blocking your way.
The Flea itself is located on the top right of that area, requiring you to break it free from entanglement. Make sure to approach it afterwards so it can fly and leave off the map.
The Flea located in The Marrow requires the player to go through a platforming segment that will make them go around the top right corner of the map. Simply follow the road and constantly head upwards to reach the Flea's location.

There is a Flea located on the lower part of the map of Deep Docks, requiring you to break a secret wall from the Bell Beast Station to the left while traversing the waterfall lava section.
This Flea is already initially visible to you once you enter the map and once you collect it, a nearby platform will break, allowing you to fall down to the start and leave the area quickly.
The main platforming challenge for this Flea is to avoid the timed lava waterfalls that have different intervals. Just remember that the middle lava waterfall is fast and the leftmost one requires some long platform jumps.

There is a 2nd Flea in Deep Docks located on its upper section, initially unavailable to the player due to the lack of a jumping aid that allows them to close the distances between the far platforms.
The player may initially ignore this section, but remember the location for backtracking later as you will unlock the gadget required after exploring the lower portions of Deep Docks.
Once you have explored Deep Docks and unlocked Swift Step, you will have the ability to dash jump through the platforms you might have visited earlier. Go to the topmost section of the area and activate your dash to get through the platforms until you see a lever.
Strike the lever to lower a counterweight that you can climb on and continue heading above until you find the Flea.

You must unlock the area that requires a Simple Key in Deep Docks and win the forced fight to reach the Lost Flea. After the fight, head to the left and go up until you reach the top. Go straight to the right while defeating the remaining enemies until you see the Flea.

Far Fields has one Flea located on an initially hard-to-access corner on the left side of the area as indicated in the map above. We suggest exploring the area first to unlock the Drifter Cloak, allowing you to easily access the section via wind tunnels heading upwards.
You will approach a semi-dark cave leading to the Flea. There will be a scripted ambush here by an Ant Warrior, attack multiple times to break the cage and take down the assailant first then free the Flea afterwards.

The second Flea in Far Fields is located behind the Pilgrim's Rest Door. You can get there by going through the secret entrance east of the Far Field Bell Station.
You will have to do a long Pogo to get across the red thorns while avoiding enemies until you reach the top floor. This section requires the Wall Jump and Glide abilities.

This flea is located on a very platform-heavy section of Hunter's March, at the start of the area as indicated in the map, requiring you to pogo jump on the red flowers properly to reach the location of the Flea's cage without touching the red spikes.
To reach this location, you must be able to pogo jump your way on the red flowers heading up towards the cage. The player must properly hit the different flowers in order to get to the Flea. Don't forget to break the cage and approach it so it leaves the map!

This flea is located on a platform to the right of the rightmost house in Greymoor and requires clearing the House to activate the Balloons that allow Pogo Jumping to the location of the Flea.

You can find the second Flea at the top of the left tower in Greymoor. You can only get to its location if you have the Glide ability active.
To get there, you will have to pogo jump to get across the thorns and use the air pockets to reach the entrance of the left tower from above.

To find the Flea in Sinner's Road, you'll need to travel to the Easternmost part of the zone. After entering the central vertical area, head the topmost part to then reach the last part of the zone where the door leading to the flea is located.

The flea is located at the top right part of the map, you'll need to perform a series of platforming to get here however.
To reach the area, you'll need to have the elevator placed correctly for you to cross over to the location. Push the elevator to the very top and you'll get to the location of the Flea!

You can find the Flea in Bilewater by going through the Exhaust Organ and wall jumping to get to the top. Once at the top, go left and fall down the gap, but be careful on the spikes below.
In the next area, go left and up until you come across the cages that you can use as a platform. You should see the Flea at the end, binded by vines.

The Underworks Flea can be found on the leftmost side of the area where a long magma floor is located. Keep going left until you see the Flea and free it from the shell. You can walk through the magma floor for a short time before you take damage.

While technically in the Underworks, this area can only be accessed by heading north from Greymoor. From the second tower to the left, you'll need to head to its topmost area then climb your way through an opening.
From there, continue navigating through the Wisp Thicket, heading northward to access the lowermost part of the Underworks where a series of rotating saws will block your path. Pass through this section to find the flea at the end of the hazards.

You can find the Flea at the top of Blasted Steps. You will need the Wall Jump and Grappling Hook to avoid the spikes and reach the top.

The Flea at Bellhart is located at the top of the region. You can get there by waiting for the Winged Furm to go down and wall jumping to get to the next floor.
Once you get to the top, go left until you see the Flea stuck on the bells.

You can find the Wormways Flea at the small room on the east side of Wormways. You will need to cross the spiked path and hit the Aknid carrying the Flea to free it. It's best to have the Dash here so you can easily pass through the spikes area.

The Flea at Choral Chambers can be found on the hidden area on the west side close to Cogwork Core. You will need to activate the air draft on the lower floor first and then climb up from the outside and ride the air until you reach the Flea.
It is ideal to have the Glide, Wall Jump, and Double Jump to easily access the hidden area.

You can get the Flea in the central part of Mount Fay. You will need to do a Wall Jump on the upper left wall going up and destroy the ice spheres to reach the Flea.

The Flea is located in the eastern part of Songclave, just north of the Whispering Vault area. You have to Wall Jump on the east side and Grapple to the rings to reach the Flea.

You can find the Flea at Sands of Karak trapped in spiky plants. You will need to get across the thorn field by hitting the golden spots on the ceiling. The golden spots will create spiky balls that you can pogo to reach the Flea.

The Flea is found at the bottom center part of Shellwood. You will need to pass through multiple enemies before you can reach the Flea, so make sure to be in full health to avoid dying.

A giant flea can be found in a big cage at the top of the Memorium. Free it then subdue the giant flea once it berserks to calm it down and it will return to the caravan after.

Kratt can be found just east from the top of the lift in Greymoor. Head over it then wall jump to reach the heightened area and you'll immediately find Kratt after walking a bit to the right.

Vog can be found in the Putrified Ducts and will be the main vanguard of the Flea Caravan once recruited.
To access Vog's location, you'll need to pogo jump off of a Spit Squit (the green musquito-like enemy) near the entrance to the top then let the Barnaks' tendrils pull you up the area. At the end of the zone, you'll find Vog's abode and will then join the caravan after being talked to.

By finding 5 Fleas and completing The Lost Flea wish, you are rewarded with a bottle of Flea Brew with a reserve that can be refilled by going back to the caravan and looking for Grishkin and his pot.
The drink itself provides a temporary attack and movement speed boost with the drink having 30 servings in reserve.
How to Get Flea Brew and Effects
Finding a specific number of Fleas grants Hornet the ability to travel with the Flea Caravan. They will ride alongside all the fleas and reach new safe zones for the fleas to camp there for the forseeable future.

Should You Travel With the Flea Caravan?

The reward for finding all 30 Lost Fleas is the Egg of Flealia. Once you find all the fleas, speak with Fleamaster Mooshka in The Marrow to claim the reward.
How to Get Egg of Flealia and Effects
To complete The Lost Fleas wish, you only need to find 5 Lost Fleas. A total of 30 Fleas can be found but you only need to find 5 to complete the wish.

The Lost Fleas is a Wayfarer Wish provided by Fleamaster Mooshka to the player once he is found in the upper parts of The Marrow, as part of his Flea Caravan.
He will task you to initially find 5 Fleas around Pharloom that you must find. Note that there are more than 5 Fleas in the map but you will only need 5 to have the quest counted as completed.
