Final Audience is a Wayfarer Wish in Hollow Knight: Silksong. Read on to see a full walkthrough to completing the side quest, rewards, how to start and its objectives.

How to Start Final Audience
Obtain All Cogwork Heart Pieces
You have to obtain all the Cogwork Heart pieces. After collecting three Cogwork Heart Pieces, the pieces will merge to become the Cogwork Heart.
Use the Cogwork Heart to Wake the Second Sentinel

After obtaining the Cogwork Heart, you'll need to use it on the Second Sentinel which can be found inside the Cogwork Core.
Accept The Final Audience Wish in Songclave
Once you have awoken the Second Sentinel, you'll need to accept its wish in the Songclave Wishwell. If the wish does not appear you'll need to find the Second Sentinel in The Citadel. Its location are random so you'll need to roam around the Citadel to find her.
How to Complete Final Audience
Defeat the Second Sentinel in High Halls
Once you've accepted the quest, track the Second Sentinel and go to its area on the room just above the bench room in the High Halls. Defeat the Second Sentinel after talking to it to complete the wish.
Final Audience Rewards
Obtain the Reserve Bind Tool
The Reserve Bind tool is the main reward for besting the Second Sentinel and completing the Final Audience wish. It's a tool that lets you use Bind an additional time if you don't have the silk required for your bind.
