Mottled Skarr Dead
Once you reach Act 3 of the main story, Mottled Skarr will die and leaves behind the items that were previously on sale on the ground.

The Shard Bundle and Fractured Mask can be found in the same room while the Curveclaw is located in the room above.

I never entered the Hunter's march until Act 2. When I saw this guy, he was dead. I returned in Act 3. Still Dead.
