All Tool Pouch Locations
There are a total of 4 Tool Pouches to obtain in Hollow Knight: Silksong.
Here is an overview on their locations as well as how to obtain them:
- Far Fields: Purchase from Mort for 220 Rosaries.
- The Marrow: Complete Loddie's Minigame.
- Greymoor: Complete the Bugs of Pharloom wish.
- Putrified Ducts: Find 20 Lost Fleas for Fleamaster Mooshka at Fleatopia, Putrified Ducts.
Purchase from Mort in Far Fields
Mort sells a Tool Pouch Upgrade for 220 rosaries when you enter his shop in Pilgrim's Rest. This can be found in Far Fields once you unlock the Drifter's Cloak that lets you ride wind currents.
Get from Loddie's Challenge in The Marrow
Loddie gives an extra Tool Pouch Upgrade when you beat his challenge in The Marrow. The challenge requires you to throw 15 pins at the target. Once accomplished, you will get the item.
If you have reached Act 3 without obtaining the Tool Pouch from the minigame, you can pick it up from Loddie's location instead.

The third Tool Pouch can be obtained when you complete the Bugs of Pharloom wish. After completing the wish's objective, talk to Nuu in Greymoor to get the Tool Pouch upgrade as a reward.

You can get the fourth and final Tool Pouch upgrade when you find 20 Lost Fleas for Fleamaster Mooshka. Note you can only rescue the 20 Fleas once the Flea Caravan has reached its final destination in Fleatopia at the Putrified Ducts.

What Does the Tool Pouch Do?
Increases Tool Ammo Capacity
The Tool Pouch increases the total ammo for your Tools. This means you can use Tools such as
Longpin and Straight Pin more times compared to having the default amount as the Tool Pouch gives them more ammo.
Do note that this does not give you extra space for another Tool, as that is the use of Memory Lockets when you have them.
Increases Shell Shard Capacity
The Tool Pouch increases the maximum Shell Shards you can have. This item gives an upgrade to your capacity, making it great to have when you explore unknown areas where a bench isn't available.
