Trail's End is a Wayfarer Wish in Hollow Knight: Silksong. Read on to see a full walkthrough to completing the side quest, rewards, how to start and its objectives.

How to Unlock Trail's End
Purchase All of Shakra's Wares
To begin the quest, players will need to have purchased all of Shakra's wares. Speak to Shakra once more to trigger the event, allowing the wish to be accepted at the Bellhart Wishboard.
Returns to Bellhart
Players can just visit all locations in the game without having to meet Shakra in each one. At Bellhart, there is a perch with Shakra's rings that, when struck, will call Shakra over. There, you can purchase all her wares in one sitting.
Unlock the Entirety of Pharloom
Aside from locations in the Citadel, players will have to exhaust the rest of Pharloom in order for area maps to show up as wares in Shakra's shop. Pick up abilities along the way to make traversal easier.
Accept the Wishboard Quest in Bellhart
The Trail's End wish can be started by accepting it from Bellhart's Wishboard. Once you accept the wish, you'll be able to track Shakra and complete her wish while in Bilewater.
How to Complete Trail's End
Track Shakra in Bilewater
To complete the Trail's End quest, you'll have to track and locate Shakra's location in the Bilewater region. Shakra will be located on the upper right corner of the map, accessible through a hidden pathway.
The fastest route to get to her would be via the Memorium into the Putrified Ducts, but this is only possible if players have beaten Groal the Great.
Unlock the Bench on the Right Side of the Map
If you haven't defeated Groal the Great and/or unlocked the bench on the upper side of the map, we highly recommend taking this path to unlock the second bench.
It requires navigating through platforms, but it will greatly reduce the runback once you successfully activate and rest on the said bench. This makes Groal the Great and Shakra's location more accessible in case you die.
Trail's End Rewards
Obtain the Throwing Ring
After completing the Trail's End wish, Shakra will be more than delighted to share her signature Throwing Rings with you. It's a tool that bounces off of enemies and is great for finishing off multiple ranged enemies.
