Queen's Egg is a Delivery Wish in Hollow Knight: Silksong. Read on to see a full walkthrough to completing the side quest, rewards, how to start and its objectives.

Finish My Missing Courier
This quest will not appear until you finish My Missing Courier, accessible upon your first approach in Bellhart after liberating it from Widow and having the city's Wishwell up.
My Missing Courier Walkthrough
Finish My Missing Brother
After awhile, return to Tipp and finish the My Missing Brother Wish to rescue Pill and complete the duo. They won't immediately give the quest and you have to progress through the other parts of Pharloom first before their missions unlock.

Finish One Delivery Quest
To have the quest appear, do at least one other delivery quest and finish it so The Queen Egg Wish appears! Any completion of other quests will make the Wish show up on your screen.

The ideal route would be to use the Halfway Home Elevator leading to Sinner's Road. From there, navigate your way through the roaches and hazards as you make your way to the lower right part of Sinner's Road to find Styx.
Full Route Walkthrough
Here is the full route guide for Queen's Egg! Make sure to follow the route as indicated both in the map and in the video to cleanly finish the quest in perfect time!
Take Halfway Home Elevator to Sinner's Road
Take right from Bellhart and continue to take the Greymoor route to the right to reach Halfway Home, use the elevatorto ascend and jump to the right platform there and head to the top to reach Sinner's Road.
Traverse Sinner's Road to the Right Terminus
You must run through Sinner's Road and reach its top high area then continue rightwards to another platformed road, continuing right all the way to a lower right terminus.
Find Styx at the End of the Tunnel
Head to the lower right and platform down, avoiding the spikes. Further right is where you meet Styx, ending the Wish and finishing the run.
Delivery is Fragile and has Limited Health
Do note that your delivery is fragile and will be affected by how many times you run into obstacles and get damaged by enemies. Make sure to be careful when platforming as much as possible!
Queens' Egg Requirements

The following tools are best used for doing Delivery tasks, as they require the player to be fast yet careful with their platforming and running. Some of these challenges will require a long trek around Pharloom so be ready with the following tools to make the run easier!
Queen's Egg Rewards
Provides 120 Rosaries per Completion
Completing the Supply Run gives you 120 Rosaries. Delivery quests provide Rosaries but note that the reward amount is small and we do not recommend farming them this way.
Increased Silkeater Production
After this quest, Silkeater production will be upgraded, which means you get more Silkeaters faster after completion of this quest!

In my opinion, a better way to do this is first break the wall below Styx to gain access back to Greymoor, then instead of going through the whole of Sinner's Road, you go through the tall room to the right of Halfway Home.
