How to Reach Whiteward
Find the White Key
Players will first need to find the White Key located at the end of Songclave. This should be found glistening by a corpse. If players did not pick up the key before Songclave is established, they can purchase the White Key from Jubilana for 220 Rosaries.
Access the Elevator in Choral Chambers
After getting the key, head down to the lower right areas of Choral Chambers and head towards the entrance with a nail sign on top. This will bring you to the Whiteward entrance elevator, needing the White Key to open the elevator.

 Unravelled is located at the bottom left corner of Whiteward. You need to use the Surgeon's Key to access Unravel's spot. The key is located in the top right section of Whiteward. |

| At the bottom of the elevator in Whiteward. Ride the elevator all the way down and head through the corridors until you are back at the main elevator shaft. Wall climb to the top and step on the pressure plate. As the elevator goes up, go to the middle section and through the hallway on the left. Wait for the elevator to go back up and drop down to the bottom to reach the Spool Fragment. | ||
Item Pickups

| Whiteward Map |  The Whiteward Map can be found all the way on the other side of the entrance when coming from Choral Chambers. You will need to pay 70 Rosaries to access the map. |
| Surgeon's Key |  It can be retrieved from the body that drops after you use the Clawline on the hanging chain. This is located in a hidden pathway going up near the connecting area to Underworks. |
 Silk Heart
|
 An item that can be retrieved once you defeat the Unraveled in Whiteward. The Surgeon's Key is required to unlock the trapdoor leading to this area. |
 Choral Commandment
|
 Found on a dead body under a lantern. This is located in a large room for patients in the ward. |
| Silkeater |  Found in an area full of Silk. Use the platforms and climb up the area to reach the item. |
