The Surgeon's Key can be found in the upper-right area of the Whiteward. From the area with the Morticians, head up from the platform, and jump towards the hidden column where light is shining through.

Follow the path until you reach the end, and break the wall. Then, use the Clawline to open up the chute, and a corpse with the Surgeon's key can be found.

Players can use the Surgeon's Key in the Whiteward as well. From the elevator you use to descend into the Whiteward, head left until you see a lock. Use the key to unlock an elevator to a hidden boss, the Unravelled.
