Yes to Skip the Moorwing Fight

Players should travel with the Flea Caravan if they wish to skip the Moorwing boss. This allows players to immediately progress to Bellhart, where useful NPCs such as the Needle Upgrade and Relic Seeker are found.

There are 4 stops the Flea Cavaran will take throughout your journey in Pharloom, which are The Marrow, Greymoor, Grand Gate, and the Putrified Ducts. Players will have to complete the Lost Fleas wish before the caravan moves from The Marrow to Greymoor.

After collecting around 25 fleas, the caravan will move to the Grand Gate from Greymoor.

It doesnt take 25 fleas to have them travel to Blasted Steps.
